Good news !

Your summer holidays have been extended until October 8 at FTLOF Paris 

with its chefs in residence “Around the Mediterranean”


From September 10 to October 8 there is a choice between two chefs/menus each week


Soyarakzh: 1 of 3 award winners this year : as chosen by our clients

Soraya who is in residence until October 8 has prepared a menu inspired by the southern coast of the Mediterranean

Mystery Chef - Mystery Menu

the mediterranean offers so many wonderfully different cuisines that we didn't want just two menus all month.


So our second chef in residence changes every week offering a different menu from a different country on the Mediterranean.

South Mediterranean coast menu

1st Starter:
Pallet of carrots in salad, 
flavored with south coast spices

2nd Starter
iodized aubergine mousseline from the blue bank

Main Course 
Tajine Zitoune at harvest time

Crispy roasted figs with
its oriental cream

50 € incl. tax (hot beverage included.)
