Selection of Chefs
Our concept is created around the sharing and discovery of menus from around the world. The menu you offer (2 starters, main course and dessert) must be inspired by a country or region. We favor diversity and will therefore seek to constantly modify the menus offered.
The selection path:
You develop a specific menu that respects the minimum gross margin required, that draws its inspiration from a country or a region and respects the commitments of For the Love of Food
You complete the attached questionnaire.
We study each application and establish a pre-selection.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to prepare their menu for the FTLOF jury from the Parisian culinary arts community.
The best candidates following this preselection will be invited to cook within For the Love of Food with a presentation and highlighting of your profile and culinary journey on our website, Instagram and Facebook, etc.
We are looking for passionate culinary talents with an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to launch their own restaurant or other culinary project. We offer you a showcase in the heart of the Marais in Paris, without any rent or operating costs in order to give you all the means to show the general public your culinary talents.

We take care of the purchases of raw materials that you have chosen and that correspond to the commitments of For the Love of Food (FTLOF).
Our customers will rate and comment after tasting the menus and recipes that you have designed. The three best rated chefs over the year will win a prize worth up to 10,000 euros.
Beyond this competition from a minimum threshold for filling places, chefs can win up to 2,000 Euros.
The kitchens are open and operate independently of each other. You will have a diver, as well as a host and other managers to assist you in all operations.
